CORAOPOLIS
Coraopolis, a 1.36-square-mile borough 15 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, lies along the southern bank of the Ohio River and is home to about 6,500 residents. The borough is a haven for athletics and recreation, with a state-of-the-art sports complex and health clinic expected to open in 2021, Pittsburgh’s oldest yoga studio, and access to numerous trails. Coraopolis is also headquarters for the American Bridge Company.
Coraopolis’ annual Fall Festival and Market is a free event for the entire community. Activities include pumpkin painting, crafts for kids, food trucks, and a costume parade led by the Chief of Police.
